The cost of following Swindon Town in 2026/27 has been confirmed by the club, with season-ticket and matchday ticket prices now known.
So, how much will you be spending to watch Town next season?
The Moonraker breaks down the key questions.
Have prices gone up?
In most cases, the answer is yes.
Rises of 7.5%, or thereabouts, have been placed on adult season tickets in both the side stands and the Town End.
Age-group season tickets for children and young adults have increased by £10, while over-65s season tickets are up £15.
Matchday advance and on-the-day prices are up £1 across the board, though they remain cheaper than during the 2023/24 campaign.

Is there an early-bird discount window?
Yes. Tickets bought before the end of May are subject to discounts.
How much do I save by getting a season ticket?
Well, that obviously depends on how many games you get to.
If you bought a matchday ticket in the sides stands, in advance for all 23 league fixtures next season, that would set you back £575. An adult season ticket in the same stands costs £450. So that works out as a £125 saving (or five ‘free’ matches).
If you’re likely to make 17 or fewer matches, it’d be more worthwhile buying on a game-by-game basis in this situation.
In the Town End, 23 matchday tickets – bought in advance – comes to £506. With an early-bird season ticket costing £425, the saving is £81. That equates to less than four ‘free’ matches.
If you fail to get your Town End season ticket by the end of May, and end up paying full price (£454), the saving drops to £52 – less than two-and-a-half ‘free’ matches. So you would need to attend at least 21 games to make it cost effective.
Are there any changes to the age-group categories?
Yes, Swindon have done away with the under-11 group, replacing it with under-14s and under-7s. The club said in a statement this was to bring them in line with EFL requirements.
This will mean a steep jump in season ticket prices for children who are currently seven, eight or nine years old.
For this cohort, a season ticket cost £40 during the early bird sales window last year. For next season, it will leap more than 72 per cent to £69.
Children aged 10, 11 and 12 during this season will benefit significantly from the change in brackets, however.
Where this year, 11-, 12- and 13-year-olds were paying £145 for a season ticket in the side stands or £135 in the Town End, for 2026/27 the cost of entry will more than halve to £69.
Town have also introduced an additional family season ticket category, bundling entry for one over-65 and one under-18.
Where is the age cut-off for each category?
August 1, 2026. So if your child turns 14 in July, they’ll need an under-18 season ticket.
If you celebrate your 21st birthday on August 2, congratulations you don’t need to pay full adult rate. And so on, and so forth.
Do I get a physical ticket?
Only if you pay a little bit more. Anyone who wants a season ticket card will need to fork out a £5 surcharge to cover the cost of production.
Otherwise, a digital ticket that lives on your phone is the default option.
I am an existing season ticket holder, is my seat reserved for me?
Yes. Existing season ticket holders have until May 31 to secure their current seat for next season.
Are there perks of being a season ticket holder?
What, you mean the football itself isn’t enough!?
Season-ticket holders get a limited number of benefits, including: priority access to away, cup, and playoff games, a 10 per cent discount in the Legends Lounge (before kick-off), 10% off room hire and Christmas events, and discount on travel with SAS Travel.
In 2026/27, season ticket holders will also automatically become members of the STFC Museum.
