1 The Moonraker website (themoonraker.news - the Website) is owned and operated by Morshead Media (the Company), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Unit D1, Wagon Yard, London Road, Marlborough, United Kingdom, SN8 1LH. 2 All access to and use of the Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using Website each user (the User) acknowledges and accepts the content of these Terms and Conditions, and of Website Privacy Policy, and by each use of the Website the User acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy afresh. The Website also acknowledges our responsibilities as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in our Privacy Policy.

3 The User acknowledges that any use of the Website is a non-exclusive use for personal and leisure purposes only, that no use is for any commercial or business purposes, and that any use is at the User’s sole risk.

4 The User further acknowledges that any use or reproduction of content displayed within the Website must be in the form in which the Website is published, that no distribution or commercial exploitation is permitted, whether in that form or otherwise, and that the Website accepts no liability to any third party.

5 The Website makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of its contents, but the User acknowledges that neither the Website nor its suppliers accept any liability to Users nor give any warranty in respect of the accuracy of the contents or in respect of the uninterrupted nature or coverage of the Website.

6 The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the Website belong to the Website and its suppliers and that use of the Website confers no licence or other rights on the User. The moral rights of contributors to the Website are asserted.

7 The Website accepts no unsolicited contributions from Users or third parties. The User acknowledges that any solicited contributions to the Website (for example in response to a competition) must be decent, must not be defamatory, and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. In particular, the User will not post or transmit any defamatory, threatening, obscene, harmful, pornographic or otherwise illegal material or material which would violate or infringe in any way upon our rights or those of others or cause distress or inconvenience. The User must not express opinions that are vulgar, crude, sexist, racist or otherwise offensive. The User will not post or otherwise make available on the Website any material which the User does not own without the express permission of the owner.

8 The User acknowledges that by posting materials on the Website the User grants to the Website and its licensors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide licence to use the materials both within the Website and in any other manner. The licence extends to copying, distributing, broadcasting, and otherwise transmitting, and adapting and editing the materials.

9 Material which is posted on any bulletin boards or chat forums is written by Users and the Website and Company are not responsible for and do not endorse such material. We reserve the right to monitor the contributions made and may respond to or comment upon communications made by the User and edit, refuse to post, or remove any content from the bulletin boards and chat forums in our absolute discretion. No failure to remove particular material constitutes an endorsement or acceptance of it by the Website.

10 The User, if a child or young person, confirms that he or she has parental permission to use the computer through which access is made to the Website.

11 The Website seeks to comply with data protection and all other relevant legislation. Further information on data protection is available from our Privacy Policy.

12 The User acknowledges that the Website may be amended or discontinued at any time without notice.

13 The User further acknowledges that the Website may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is the version appearing on the Website at any time. The most recent update date is noted at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page.

14 If the Website provides any link to any external website this is purely for the convenience of the User and the User acknowledges that the Website makes no representations and accepts no liability in respect of the content or availability of the external website.

15 These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law. If any term is found to be invalid then this does not affect the validity of the other terms. Failure by the Website at any time to enforce these Terms and Conditions does not amount to a waiver of the Website’s rights to enforce them.

16 Any competitions run on the Website will be organised by the Company with winners chosen at the Company’s discretion. The organisers' decision is final.
