Eleven-and-a-half years ago, on a bitterly cold February evening, Prenton Park was part of the most manic 24 hours of my professional career.
It was the day after after Paolo Di Canio had announced his resignation as manager of Swindon Town, via a statement released through the Swindon Advertiser.
