Slowly but surely we’re approaching a moment of historical significance for the County Ground, and emotions are running high.
On Monday, the Joint Venture board released a statement detailing the consultation process for initial redevelopment plans which, in theory, will lead to the stadium’s first major upgrade in more than 30 years.
Those plans were met with an entirely expected emotive response, and opinions across a spectrum that spans from ultra-sceptic to uber-fan.
