As on-field talent continues to arrive at the County Ground at pace, so off-field talent leaks out the back door at a concerning rate.

The Moonraker revealed on Sunday that Baillie Coupland, the club’s former football operations manager, has become the fifth significant departure from the backroom team in the past nine months.

Coupland has joined Burton Albion as head of football administration, following in the footsteps of former academy manager Alex Pike, ex head of football Jamie Russell, former club secretary Jamie White, and under-18 coach Sean Wood in deciding the best option for a future career lies away from Wiltshire.
