A resolution has been reached over the inclusion of Joint Venture shares within a debenture placed against Swindon Town Football Club by Clem Morfuni.

In the spring, two new charges – which secure debt against assets – were registered by Morfuni, via his Axis companies, a not abnormal practice within both football ownership and business in general.

However, the original paperwork included the club’s 50 per cent share of County Ground Custodians Ltd, the company which manages Town and Trust STFC’s joint ownership of the stadium.
