Two trialists likely to be invited back after Swindon Town return from Alicante trip

EXCLUSIVE: Town have friendlies against Chippenham Town and Crystal Palace in the week after their return from Spain, which could provide an excellent opportunity for trialists to make a further impression.

Swindon Town have run the rule over four trialists so far this pre-season, and two are likely to return once the players have returned from Spain.

In the first few days of the squad’s return to Beversbrook, Town invited several individuals to take part in training – and they were involved in the friendly at Swindon Supermarine on Saturday (July 4).

Of those four, two seem to have shown enough for Swindon to retain an interest in them. And that means they may well return once the squad are back from their trip to Alicante.

The Moonraker understands Town have been sufficiently impressed by midfielder Goran Babic to want to see more of him in action.
