The County Ground Joint Venture business plan for 2025/26 is with Trust STFC members to approve in a ballot this week.
The plan, which reallocates the rent collected by the JV from the club as landlords of the County Ground, requires a simple majority among the Trust’s 1,300-strong membership to pass.
Earmarked works for the current 12-month period – running from June 2025 to May 2026 – include floodlight tower inspections (the most expensive element at £37,400), and fire door replacement (£22,500).
The demolition of the old Stratton Bank toilet block, and subsequent work to make the area safe, has already taken place. It is included in the plan at a cost of £10,350.
