Saidou Khan has got his wish and found an exit route out of Swindon Town.

The midfielder has completed a season-long loan transfer to Tranmere Rovers, after weeks if not months of speculation linking him with a switch away from the County Ground.

Khan will move to Prenton Park for the remainder of the campaign, after which he will become a free agent. It is expected that the Gambian has played his final match for Swindon.

The midfielder made his desire to leave Town clear earlier in the summer, and he has been left out of senior squads in order to give him the best chance to find a new club.
