Swindon Town's under-18s march on in FA Youth Cup, with a trip to QPR the next test in round three

Swindon Town's academy have reached the third round of the FA Youth Cup for the second season running, courtesy of victory over Gillingham.

Botan Ameen and George Alston scored the goals which delivered a 2-1 success for Town's under-18s at the Priestfield Stadium on Tuesday night (November 19).

The reward for Swindon is a trip to face QPR at Loftus Road. The match must be played by Saturday, December 14.

The Championship club operate a category two academy, one tier above Town's.
