Somehow, Swindon Town's injury crisis has got worse.

Manager Ian Holloway is facing the very real prospect of being without nearly half his first-team squad when the Robins visit Rochdale this weekend.

Amid a season which has become defined by the number of casualties at the County Ground, the situation has taken yet another turn this week, with confirmation that Ben Middlemas faces between two and five months out of action.

As revealed by the Moonraker on Wednesday, Middlemas has an issue with cartilage in his knee and requires specialist treatment.
