Swindon Town are to recruit additional support to their backroom team in the wake of recent high-profile administrative issues.

The Robins were at the heart of a pair of headline-grabbing ineligible player cases last month, which led to their expulsion from the EFL Trophy.

And the experience appears to have prompted positive action, with the club now seeking to bring in an assistant to club secretary Alisha Henry.

Henry arrived in the summer, taking over responsibilities which had previously been shared between her predecessor Jamie White and former football operations manager Baillie Coupland.
