windon Town are set to lose their head of recruitment to a Premier League club.
The Moonraker understands Les Caffery is set to join Manchester City, in a role within development recruitment, in the coming weeks.
Caffery joined Swindon in 2021. He has worked under six managers and multiple technical directors, and with various sized budgets.
Known within the game for his strong connections with agents, he has been intricately involved in many of the transfer deals – in and out – done by Town over recent seasons.
