Swindon Town remain on course to land at least two new signings this week, with the transfer deadline little more than 48 hours away.

Kabongo Thsimanga became the club's 13th new arrival of the summer window on Monday (August 26), having joined on a season-long loan from Peterborough United.

But there is plenty of optimism at the County Ground of further business getting over the line, with sources at the club telling The Moonraker they remain confident of deals being done.

Swindon are understood to have made an approach to Bournemouth over the possible loan signing of Gavin Kilkenny, and remain keen on bringing in a goalkeeper to challenge Jack Bycroft for the gloves – and enable Redman Evans to get senior football in non-League.
