Billy Bodin is the latest former Swindon Town player to receive an offer to return to the County Ground, but a comeback is unlikely.

Paul Bodin, the striker's father, revealed on the STFC Supporters' Club's 'On The Sofa' slot this Monday (June 26) that his son has had conversations with Town's recruitment department over a summer switch.

Bodin Jnr, 32, was released by Oxford United at the end of last season after three years at the Kassam Stadium.

The Moonraker has learnt that Swindon have made a provisional offer for his services, however the Welsh forward is understood to have multiple clubs interested.
