Clem Morfuni has appointed a second new director to the Swindon Town ownership chain in two days.
Paperwork filed to Companies House on Thursday (October 16) shows that Ben Gristwood has been added as a director to Swindon Town Football Company Ltd – the club business – as well as two parent companies: Seebeck 87 Ltd and Swinton Reds 20 Ltd.
Gristwood is the owner of local security and stewarding firm Platinum Security, which provides services to all Swindon home matches at the County Ground.
He has been a regular presence in the Town boardroom on matchdays during the Morfuni era, and his connection with the club pre-dates the Australian’s takeover of the Robins, via the courts, in 2021.
