Swindon Town face midfield shortages against Notts County as Adam Murphy requires scan on Achilles

Murphy returned from international duty with Ireland's under-21s complaining of the problem. He missed the trip to Accrington Stanley at the weekend and will not be available for Tuesday night's clash with Notts.

n-loan midfielder Adam Murphy faces a scan on an Achilles issue as Swindon Town find themselves low on central midfielders for the visit of Notts County.

Murphy returned from international duty with Ireland's under-21s complaining of the problem.

He missed the trip to Accrington Stanley at the weekend and will not be available for Tuesday night's clash with Notts.

Murphy is being monitored by parent club Bristol City's medical team. He is on a season-long loan at Swindon from the Championship club.
