Swindon Town's academy staffing structure will change once again, following the appointment of Kirk McGinn as under-18s head coach.

McGinn has succeeded Sean Wood in the role, after Wood left to become under-18s assistant head coach at Reading.

Town tweaked their pathway ranks in October, following the departure of former academy lead Alex Pike.

At that point, McGinn was promoted from head of education to a newly created assistant academy manager role.
