Swindon Town are on the verge of signing a midfielder on a free transfer.
The Robins have focused on their defence during the early weeks of the summer window, but are now starting to move up the pitch – with the next arrival imminent.
The Moonraker understands Matty Virtue is scheduled to attend a medical in Swindon on Monday (June 29), ahead of a switch to the County Ground.
Town are believed to have been weighing up a move for the 29-year-old for some time, before making the plunge last week.
