Swindon Town were the most miserly clubs in the EFL for agent spend in the year to February.
The Football Association released its data for payments to agents for the 2025/26 period this week, showing Town’s total outlay during the period was less than all bar five other clubs in the pyramid.
Swindon paid intermediaries £56,801 across the 12 months. League Two clubs as a whole spent £2,613,332, with MK Dons the division’s most extravagant spender at £341,855.
The only sides to have shelled out less than Town during this period were Accrington Stanley, Barnet, Cheltenham Town, Crewe Alexandra and Newport County.
