The Stratton Bank will be open for Bolton Wanderers fans for their FA Cup second-round trip to Swindon Town, if the demand is there.

Town will host Wanderers on the weekend of December 6 and 7, after seeing off Rotherham United in round one.

And Swindon chief executive Anthony Hall has insisted that relevant safety work on the Bank will have been completed in time for the fixture.

The away end has not been used since the visit of Wrexham in December 2023, and is currently not useable following a review by the Swindon Borough Council event safety advisory group (ESAG) in June.
