Southampton, Swindon Town and Princewill Ehibhatiomhan make mutual decision to end striker's loan stint

Princewill Ehibhatiomhan’s loan stay at Swindon Town has been cut short, and Adam Murphy is expected to follow.

Ehibhatiomhan joined the Robins on a season-long deal from Southampton in the summer, and began his time at the club with great promise.

The striker scored on his debut in the EFL Cup at Cardiff City, and followed with his first EFL goal at Barrow.

But he has struggled for gametime and consistency of performance since, and as a result has steadily fallen down the pecking order at the County Ground.
