Sean McGurk is set to remain at Yeovil Town for the remainder of the season after an agreement was reached between Swindon Town and the National League club.

McGurk had struggled to win a spot in Town manager Ian Holloway's side and was sent to Somerset on loan last month in an effort to get the midfielder gametime.

He has subsequently become an important part of the Yeovil team, scoring twice in five league appearances.

Glovers head coach Mark Cooper has been keen to secure McGurk's services for longer than his initial one-month stay, and he now seems to have got his wish.
