Swindon Town are closing in on the signing of experienced defender Ryan Tafazolli.
The 33-year-old Wycombe Wanderers centre-back has been involved in talks over a possible move to Wiltshire over the course of the past five day.
Tafazolli is understood to have undergone a medical at Town, but the bones of the transfer were still being negotiated between Swindon and Wycombe over the course of the weekend.
The Moonraker understands the parties have been back and forth over the nature of the move in recent days, with both a loan switch and a permanent deal under discussion.
