Will Randall is the latest former Swindon Town player in line for a potential return to the club this summer.

The forward is understood to be on trial at the County Ground after being told by Notts County that he is free to find a new club this summer.

Randall is still under contract at Meadow Lane but appears not to be in the selection plans of head coach Stuart Maynard and has ended up back in Wiltshire in an effort to earn a return to where it all began.

The 27-year-old came through the youth development programme at Swindon before leaving for Wolves in 2016, having made 11 first-team appearances for the Robins.
