Well, that time flew by.

Swindon Town's players returned to the County Ground for pre-season training on Monday (June 23), after a seven-week break. Now time for the hard yards.

Ian Holloway is set to put his squad through two days of benchmark testing, to evaluate whether the Robins have maintained a core level of fitness during their holidays.

All players who were fit and able were put through the same tests in the final week of last term, including 1km runs, to provide a base level for the coaches and conditioning team to compare against.
