Swindon Town’s injury situation is not showing signs of easing just yet, with Paul Glatzel likely to have to sit out the weekend visit of Cheltenham Town.
Glatzel complained of hamstring soreness last week in training and was not risked at Northampton Town in the opening League Two fixture of the term.
There were initially some hopes that he may be able to return to the fray for the first home fixture of the campaign, but The Moonraker understands that is looking increasingly unlikely.
Glatzel’s absence was evident at Northampton, where Swindon’s pressing game was not as intense as during the EFL Cup loss at Cardiff City.
