Swindon Town could have one unknown face in their ranks for this weekend’s friendly clash with Melksham Town.
Swindon played a behind-closed-doors friendly against a trialist XI at Beversbrook on Tuesday (July 8).
The opposing side were put together by a contact of manager Ian Holloway, with the majority plying their trade in non-league.
The Moonraker understands one of the trialist squad from that match has been invited to an extended stay with the Robins, and could get a small amount of gametime at Melksham on Saturday (July 12).
