Ollie Palmer set to miss two cup games as Swindon Town prepare for blockbuster December fixture list

Town manager Ian Holloway expects Ryan Tafazolli to be available for selection for the visit of Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup. Palmer is a considerable doubt for that fixture but could return for Cheltenham Town on December 9.

Swindon Town will be without Ryan Tafazolli and Ollie Palmer for their EFL Trophy last-32 clash against Peterborough United.

Tafazolli missed the weekend trip to Chesterfield with a groin issue picked up during the 2-2 home draw with Grimsby Town.

Palmer, meanwhile, limped out of the victory in north Derbyshire with a similar problem.

Neither player is anticipated to be ruled out of action for long periods, however neither will feature against Posh.
