No Ollie Clarke for Gillingham and Swindon Town also have to make do without Michael Olakigbe

The Moonraker understands the injury is not substantial, and his absence should only be brief, however Swindon are often less dynamic and energetic without their leader.

Another game, another injury blow for Swindon Town, with captain Ollie Clarke ruled out of the trip to Gillingham.

Clarke hobbled out of the weekend defeat by MK Dons, and sat on the bench for 20 minutes in the second half with ice on his hamstring.

Manager Ian Holloway said in his post-match press conference that the issue which forced his early exit related to his calves, but whatever the problem – it is significant enough to keep Clarke sidelined for the Gills clash

Holloway told the local media on Monday (March 16) that it could simply be a weight of work which has caught up with his skipper.
