The County Ground will be known as the Nigel Eady County Ground in 2024/25 to celebrate the legacy of the club's benevolent fan.
Eady's estate - left to Swindon Town upon his passing in 2012 - underwrote the £2.3million purchase of the stadium from Swindon Borough Council last year, with the club and Trust STFC entering into a joint venture to buy the ground.
Now, Town, the Trust and the executors of the Eady estate have come together to agree to a touching tribute to a man who supported the Robins through thick, thin and thinner for nearly 65 years.
