Jake Tabor will spend time out on loan in non-league over the coming month, as the striker's chances in the first team at Swindon Town look likely to be limited for the foreseeable future.

Tabor arrived at the club in the summer as a trialist, but quickly impressed manager Ian Holloway with his ability in front of goal and his levels of fitness.

He signed a two-year contract and made his debut in the season opener at Walsall.

Since then, however, Tabor has been restricted to two substitute appearances in cup competitions, and has failed to make several matchday squads.
