After failing to land a pro deal at League Two Swindon Town, Josh Keyes has a shot at life as a full-time footballer two divisions higher.

Keyes, who was released by Town last month, has put pen to paper on a professional contract with Watford.

The Championship side announced the midfielder's arrival as one of 15 prospect signing senior deals.

Keyes made two Football League Trophy appearances for Swindon in 2023/24, and was a regular feature of the under-18s' impressive campaign, as Sean Wood's team marched to the last eight of the FA Youth Cup.
