Joel McGregor is back in first-team training after a length injury layoff, but the defender will need a little longer before returning to Swindon Town's matchday squad.
McGregor has not played for Town since the defeat at Bradford City on December 14, due to a groin problem.
However, he has been making good progress in his recovery and is now back on the grass with the rest of the Swindon squad. The teenager was due to train at Beversbrook on Monday (January 27).
McGregor is highly unlikely to feature in any capacity against Tranmere Rovers at the County Ground on Tuesday (January 28). He will be aiming to be available for selection for the long trip to Carlisle this weekend.
