Jeff King has been released by Swindon Town, and has joined York City in the National League.

King made 11 appearances for Swindon after being signed at the end of a successful trial in August.

He was initially recruited as wing-back cover but soon established a first-team spot for himself.

However, his season was tragically interrupted in September following the death of his mother.
