Swindon Town are targeting a Wolves defender for a summer transfer to the County Ground.

The Moonraker is aware of Robins interest in an unnamed centre-back from the Premier League club.

Manager Ian Holloway has identified a need to add options to his defensive ranks, as he looks to build a squad capable of challenging for promotion from League Two.

Will Wright, Ryan Delaney and Harrison Minturn remain, although the latter two endured an injury-plagued 2024/25 campaign. Billy Kirkman, who enjoyed a breakthrough season last term, is another versatile player who can operate at the heart of defence.
