Ryan Tafazolli and Finley Munroe will sit out the FA Cup trip to Rotherham United through injury.
Munroe limped out of the weekend draw with Colchester United, having rolled his ankle.
The on-loan wing-back is still reporting soreness in the area, though Swindon's medical team are not concerned about the possibility of a long-term issue.
Munroe will not be available to Ian Holloway at the New York Stadium on Saturday (November 1).
