Ian Holloway preparing Swindon Town as usual ahead of Walsall visit as Robins stick with manager

Holloway has credit in the bank with Clem Morfuni for the way he turned the team’s fortunes around 18 months ago, but that credit is less evident among supporters.

No change of manager is expected imminently at Swindon Town, with Ian Holloway expected to be in the dugout for Saturday’s visit of Walsall.

Holloway’s position is coming under increasing scrutiny after a run of poor results. The Robins have lost six of their last seven matches, including two in the EFL Trophy, and have managed just one league goal in five outings.

They have dropped from second in early September to 17th, following Saturday’s home defeat by Crewe Alexandra.

The Moonraker understands, however, that there is no expectation of Holloway being ousted before the Saddlers arrive at the County Ground in four days.
