Dylan Mitchell has been released early from his Swindon Town contract, in order for the midfielder to quickly find a new club.
Mitchell joined the Robins from Aston Villa in 2024, signing a two-year deal at the County Ground.
His opportunities in the first-team squad have been limited since, however. The 20-year-old made five substitute appearances for Town, and spent time out on loan with three clubs in non-league.
Swindon have paid up his contract, allowing him to find a new home to prove himself.
