Ian Holloway has urged Botan Ameen to showcase his talent in the right place in the early years of his professional career.

The Moonraker understands Swindon have offered Ameen a two-year senior contract, with an option of a third, and Holloway has had a one-on-one conversation with the forward about his future.

A definitive response has yet to be provided to the club by the player.

It is understood Ameen’s agent has been touting his charge to teams in the top two tiers, and more than a dozen scouts – many representing such sides - were at the County Ground on March 15 to watch his short involvement in the draw with Cheltenham Town.
