Swindon Town are closing in on Finley Munroe’s replacement, after agreeing a deal to sign a Championship left-back.
The Robins have been scrambling to fill the void left by Munroe’s return to Aston Villa and subsequent sale to Middlesbrough earlier this month.
While they have brought in a pair of wingers in James Scanlon and Michael Olakigbe, they have been seeking left-footed quality from out wide.
And they believe they have found their man in the shape of Jake Batty.
