Gavin Kilkenny missed Swindon Town’s dramatic win over Walsall with a hamstring problem, but the Irishman is not expected to sit out a prolonged period of time.
Kilkenny complained of soreness during the week, and was left out of the game against the Saddlers as a precaution.
The midfielder should be okay to feature against Colchester United on Friday night (April 10), but Swindon will need to be certain not to rush him back and risk more extensive damage.
Manager Ian Holloway has seen several players sit out long spells with hamstring issues this term.
