Trust STFC members have overwhelmingly voted in favour of the County Ground Joint Venture business plan for the 2025/26 period.
Under the terms of the JV, members must approve proposals before the reallocation of rent payments can be made to stadium maintenance and repair projects.
A simple majority was required among the Trust's roughly 1,300-strong membership - regardless of the size of the turnout.
And that was easily achieved, as just 12 of the 489 votes returned were opposed to the plan.
