The County Ground will host a meeting of two of the FA Cup's worst performing sides in recent history next month, after Swindon Town were drawn at home against Colchester United in round one.

Both Swindon and Colchester have been eliminated from this competition at the first-round stage in nine of the past 12 seasons.

Town have won one of their last eight home FA Cup games, while the visiting Us have not won away from home against league opposition in the tournament since November 2011.

The match is due to take place between November 1 and November 4, depending on TV schedules.
