Clem Morfuni says he has regained 100% control of Swindon Town via company chain "restructure"

Morfuni had nominally held just under 78 per cent of the business following the transfer of shares to Chris Kiely and Eddie Parladorio in 2022, with the allocation held by their partners.

Swindon Town chairman Clem Morfuni has regathered a 100 per cent shareholding in the Robins through a restructure of the club's ownership chain, according to a statement.

Morfuni had nominally held just under 78 per cent of the business - via parent companies Seebeck 87 Ltd and Swinton Reds 20 Ltd - following the transfer of shares to Chris Kiely and Eddie Parladorio in 2022, with the allocation held by their partners.

However, on Tuesday (March 31), the club said that Morfuni has regained total control by removing both Seebeck 87 and Swinton Reds from the chain.

This leaves Axis Football Investments Ltd, of which Morfuni holds 100 per cent, as the sole parent company above the club business.
