Botan Ameen has completed his £250,000 move to Norwich City.
The Swindon Town winger passed a medical at the Championship club on Tuesday (August 26), and the deal was ratified by the EFL on Thursday (August 28).
Ameen, 18, had previously declined to sign a professional contract with the Robins, and was on third-year scholarship terms at the County Ground.
He would have been free to move on for a nominal fee, decided by tribunal, next summer.
