Blow for Swindon Town as Joe Snowdon set to miss at least six weeks with hamstring tear

His absence from the remaining 10 matches of the regular campaign are an undoubted blow for Swindon. The youngster has been able to offer cover at right wing-back, left wing-back, on either side of the frontline and as a standard full-back at times.

Swindon Town will not see Joe Snowdon in action again this season unless they are involved in the playoffs.

Snowdon is expected to sit out at least six weeks after sustaining a hamstring injury against Crawley Town last weekend.

The utility player was withdrawn early in the first half after pulling up in open play. He has subsequently undergone a scan, revealing a tear.

Snowdon has been frustrated by hamstring issues through the second half of the term, having been a key figure in Town’s first four months of 2025/26.
