Another month, another strike-off notice for a company in the Swindon Town ownership chain, but once again there is not expected to be any fundamental impact on the club.
Seebeck 87 Ltd, the vehicle used by Jed McCrory to acquire Town in 2013, received a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off this week, after its confirmation statement was several months past due.
The statement has subsequently been filed to Companies House, and Swindon expect to see the strike-off notice discontinued in the coming weeks.
