Middlesbrough are Finley Munroe’s most likely destination after the Aston Villa defender was recalled from his loan spell at Swindon Town.
The Munroe mini-saga took a major step forward on Monday (January 12) after it emerged that Boro and fellow Championship outfit Bristol City had made approaches for the 20-year-old.
The wing-back has made a huge impression at the County Ground during the first half of what was supposed to be a season-long stay, starting the vast majority of matches and contributing at both ends of the field.
