County Ground redevelopment vote could be bumped into June as club finalises proposals following consultation period

While the initial three-week consultation period has concluded, before a vote can be called the club need to seek consent from the Joint Venture board. As part of that, they must submit a finalised plan for the work.

Swindon Town fans may have to wait until June to vote on County Ground redevelopment proposals.

A ballot of Trust STFC members is required as part of the consent process under the terms of the Joint Venture agreement between the supporters’ group and the club.

That was initially meant to take place around Easter, but a series of minor delays has forced it back by several weeks.
